Sanibel Beach Club II

Welcome to the official web site of Sanibel Beach Club II.  Our resort overlooks the Gulf of Mexico at the eastern tip of Sanibel, a barrier island, off the coast of Ft. Myers, Florida.  Serviced by the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Ft. Myers, the resort is a short trip across the Causeway to what many visitors acclaim as "paradise found."  Over half the island is a dedicated wildlife preserve and is believed to have one of the best shelling beaches in the world.

Sanibel LightHouse

Located within walking distance of Sanibel Beach Club II is the historic Sanibel Lighthouse.  Construction of the lighthouse was completed in 1884.  The lantern atop the structure first blinked its guiding light to ships headed for the port of Punta Rassa in 1885.  In 1974, the Sanibel Lighthouse and Keeper’s Quarters were placed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Sanibel Sunset

Time doesn't matter, just colors, the sound of gentle waves, the caress of a shoreline breeze and the scent of salt and blooming flowers in the air.  Mindfulness brings peace, even more so in intrinsically peaceful places.
